Description
Diaphragm pressure gauges are designed for low-pressure (mbar range) and high-overload applications, featuring a sensitive, flexible diaphragm to measure viscous, aggressive, or contaminated media. Typical specifications include a 63mm-150mm dial, ±±1% to ±±1.6% full-scale accuracy, and Stainless Steel (SS316/304) construction.
Dial Sizes: Commonly 63 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm, or 150 mm.
Case Material: Stainless Steel (304 or 316) or die-cast aluminum.
Diaphragm Materials: Stainless Steel 316L, Hastelloy C-276, or PTFE protected for corrosive, viscous, or contaminated media.
Process Connections: 1/4“ or 1/2” NPT/BSP(M), or flanged connections.
Temperature Range: Typically -40∘C−40∘C to +60∘C+60∘C (standard) or up to 120∘C120∘C (process temp)
